Packing animals is crucial field for us and for our customers. Crazy Coral focuses on high standards of packing marine animals. Each coral, fish and invertebrate is securely placed in at least two plastic bags filled with the appropriate amount of water to minimize the risk of leakage during transport. The coral species if needed are packed with special polystyrene pieces upside down. For the shipment of animals, we use styrofoam boxes with thick walls. Inside of the box we add special filler so that the plastic bags are kept in the right position. We add the appropriate number of heaters to the boxes.

All orders are shipped via UPS livestock. Before shipment, we contact customers to confirm that they can collect the package. On the day your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your pet transport.


DELIVERY DAY
We ship pets only from Monday to Wednesday.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY
In the event that your address is not eligible for Next Day Delivery, you may try to use a "UPS Access Point" address near you. You will then collect your package from an eligible address for 24H shipping.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum value of an order for animals in our store is 90 Euro.
